About the classes
- The duration of the classes is 50-minutes
- The offer is valid for the number of classes purchased, to be done within a period of 1 month
Types of Classes

Development – learning new pole moves or working on techniques of existing ones
- Pole Flow – working on putting moves together so they flow
- Flexi – working on flexibility and toning with body weight movements off the pole
- Activator class – working to activate the muscles needed for pole moves using body weight exercises and on the pole moves
- Luck Draw – a fun class where we pick what class to do out of a lucky packet
