How to Redeem your Voucher

Shoot includes:

• 10 digitally edited - we will send your order via We Transfer to download the images, within 5-8 working days.
• 2 costume changes

Note:

• Cake not included
• Should you be in a hurry on the day, the viewing of your photos can be done at another scheduled time and day
• Strictly one voucher per session
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you enjoy the benefits of your photo shoot
• No-shows and anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their voucher

Further information:

• Images will be ready within 14 working days from date of shoot, if extra images are ordered, then the complete order will be ready for collection 14 working days from date of full and final payment
• Note: you have 24 hours after placing your order to pay for any extra images ordered
• Max Studio accepts card payments and EFT payments
• Multiple vouchers may be bought as gifts and used, but only one voucher, per session, per baby/family per day is allowed
• Orders take 5–7 working days to be ready. Bookings made after 18 December will receive their images within 5 working days of the studio reopening in the new year
• Max Studio will be closed 21 December 2025 – 7 January 2026
• We will send your order via We Transfer to download the images, within 5-8 working days
